Welcome to SLIMFA.lk. By registering for, purchasing tickets, or participating in any event, seminar, workshop, or activity organized by SLIMFA (Sri Lanka India Media Friendship Association ), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Event Registration and Payment
- All registrations and payments must be made through the official website www.slimfa.lk or authorized channels.
- Your registration will be confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation email.
- The payment applies specifically to the event or workshop selected at the time of registration.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
- All event fees are non-refundable once paid.
- This includes the The Media Fest, AI Masterclass, and any future SLIMFA events unless otherwise stated.
- Please ensure you are available to attend before completing your payment.
3. Event Changes and Cancellations
- SLIMFA reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or modify event details (including speakers, venue, or timing) due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In the rare event of a full event cancellation by SLIMFA, participants will be eligible for a full refund or credit transfer to a future event.
4. Participant Conduct
- All participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respectful behavior during SLIMFA events, both online and offline.
- SLIMFA reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
5. Photography and Media
- By attending any SLIMFA event, you consent to be photographed, recorded, or featured in promotional materials.
6. Liability
- SLIMFA and its partners are not responsible for personal loss, injury, or damage occurring during participation in any event or activity.
